Po długim czasie zabrałam się w końcu za kontynuację "Partials. Częściowcy". Niestety książka nie została wydana w Polsce, dlatego nie pozostawiono mi wyboru i przeczytałam ją w oryginalnej wersji językowej.

Powieść rozpoczyna się w momencie kiedy, główna bohaterka, Kira Walker jest w trakcie podróży w poszukiwaniu odpowiedzi na pytania, jakie pozostawiła za nami pierwsza część. Trochę się ich nazbierało, dlatego też miałam nadzieję, że w "Fragments" wyjaśni się choć połowa z nich. Na szczęście tak było. Dużo zagadek zostało rozwiązanych, przez co wiele razy książka mnie bardzo zaskoczyła.

Rozdziały w powieści naprzemiennie opowiadały o tym co dzieje się u Marcusa i Haru na Long Island oraz Kiry, Afy, Samma i Heron. Dzięki temu wiadomo było co się dzieje u wszystkich postaci.

Podsumowując, ta pozycja bardzo mi się podobała. Nieprzewidywalna i niebanalna, idealna na wolne chwile. Do końca trzymała w napięciu, przez co jej ostatnie strony czytałam z zapartym tchem. Już nie mogę się doczekać aż zabiorę się za trzecią część Partials pod tytułem "Ruins".
